In order to ensure our products with good quality, www.hesheit.com.hk (hereinafter referred to as “HeSheIt”, “Our website”, “We”) will pack your parcel with amply sized boxes and your purchased items are well-protected. However, due to any uncertainty during transportation may cause problem on product, we guarantee our customers with a 7-day exchange service to assure customer will have a satisfied shopping experience at HeSheIt. If you found any problem with our products, please contact us via email@example.com within 7 days after receipt.
Local purchase must be returned within 7 days (as calculated based on the postmark date) upon acceptance of your return request from HeSheIt. Overseas purchase must be returned within 14 days (as calculated based on the postmark date) upon acceptance of your return request from HeSheIt. If the purchased items are not returned within this period, the delivery shall be deemed as accepted and completed. HeSheIt will not bear any legal liabilities.
Points to note
1.HeSheIt only accepts one time exchange per order.
2.Exchange items must be in brand-new condition and with original packing as sent.
3.All online order can be returned by post or in person. Except product quality or delivery mistake, customer shall bear all delivery cost due to return, and will be deducted from refund amount (if applicable).
4.Customer shall bear all delivery charges occur from free-shipping order's refund and exchange.
5.If purchased items are not correctly delivered or being found not in good quality, customer has a right to apply exchange or return within 7 days upon receipt. Once HeSheIt confirmed the case, full refund / exchange will be made to the customer. We may request customer to show photographic proof for investigation.
6.HeSheIt shall reserve the right of final decision of return and exchange.
